For the last 10 years, I’ve been milking cows twice a day — every day — and that’s the easy part.
Little did I know that starting and running a full-time farm has legal aspects that I never thought of. If 10 years ago, someone asked me “what’s my EIN number?” I would have looked at them like they were crazy and had no clue what they were talking about.
Today life is not the same. We live, we learn and now, I teach.
