The month-by-month roadmap Hayden used to go from $500 and a dream to a profitable flower farm in one year.
Grab it HERE
For the past year, I’ve been documenting my daughter, Hayden’s, journey as she built her flower farm from the ground up, and I’ve recorded all our conversations.
Every win, every failure, and every moment she wanted to quit. Every dollar made (and lost).
Episode 8: The Final Numbers (January 2026)
Most farms don’t see profit until Year 3-5. She did it in Year One.
Plus: Her Year Two goal of $30,000. Why she’s raising prices across the board. And the announcement that shocked and surprised me!
Here’s What Made It Work
She started before she was ready. $500 and a weedy corner of the property.
She spent almost as much time MARKETING as farming. (I know. But that’s the truth.)
She said yes to everything her first year. Exhausting? Yes. But every yes turned into connections that are now generating business without her lifting a finger.
She kept going when it got brutal. Broken wrist. Depression. Exhaustion. She kept going anyway.
And Then She Said This
When I asked Hayden what she believed about herself NOW that she didn’t believe a year ago, she got quiet.
“I feel so proud of myself. Like I was able to do what I always dreamed of doing for so many years.”
That got me. đź’›
Because THAT is what this is really about. Not the money. But who you become in the process.
Thank You For Following Along
When I pressed record back in January 2025, Hayden didn’t even have a farm name finalized.
Now she’s a profitable farmer, quitting her corporate job.
I loved watching Hayden through my kitchen window build her farm from scratch.
And here’s what I want you to know:
If SHE can do it? No training. No trust fund. A full-time job. A wrist injury that took out half her season.
You can do it too.
Whatever you’re raising. Whatever stage you’re at.
Start. Keep going. Build those relationships. The money follows. ✨
Cheers to following your dreams,
Charlotte
