Today, I’m walking you all the way through the Profitable Farmer Marketing Training and Mindset

Coaching Program, and I’m going to share with you what you learn, what we build for you,

what your year with me looks like from the day you join, and I’ll answer a lot of the questions

that have been coming in by text over the last couple weeks. So the bones of what I teach do not

change. That is a marketing foundation, which is your website, email marketing setup,

ideal customer, a lead magnet, five-day launch. I’ve been teaching those for over a decade.

Those are a permanent foundation, but the program itself is a living thing. Every year I look at

what… farmers in the program actually need. And I adjust, I create a new training,

I update anything that has become outdated because marketing changes quickly. And this year,

the thing I added is the biggest change I’ve ever made. And that is where we build your first year

of marketing for you, specific to you and your farm and your product. I’ll cover that more in depth

in a bit, but let’s start with part one, the foundation. Here’s the thing almost nobody teaches

you. You’ve got to build a marketing foundation and it is not social media.

That’s where so many farmers start. We start a farm, we look around, we see everyone on social

media. It’s free. So we think that is where our marketing is going to start. But it’s a huge waste

of time if you don’t have your foundation in place the way I teach it. So I wouldn’t spend another

second. Marketing on social media, because you’re not going to make money unless your foundation’s

set up, and come focus on setting up your foundation. All right, I’m going to walk you through it.

So a good marketing foundation has three things in it that have to come before you write a single

word of marketing, whether it’s on your website or emails or social media posts. And that is,

you’ve got to know who your ideal customer is. In my book, I call her your dream customer.

And we teach you exactly how to do this, how to identify her and how to learn to attract a whole

bunch of people just like her. And that means that you know what her problem is or her need or her

goal. That’s why people are buying our products. They’re buying our products to solve a problem or

to reach a goal. And thirdly, you know exactly how your product solves her problem or helps to

reach her goal. When you know those three things ahead of time, who, what the problem is,

how your product solves it, everything else falls into place. Your emails get easier. Your website

gets easier. Pricing gets easier. Sales, money comes in easier.

When you don’t know these things, you’re going to hustle and be overwhelmed. You’ll probably wake

up, realize you have something you’ve got to sell, and you jump on Facebook or you message people

or you try to send emails. or texts. And that is not a strategy. That’s a scramble.

It’s unsustainable and it’s going to keep you struggling and probably go out of business.

So another shift I want you to make is that a lot of farmers come to me believing that I’m just

going to tell them the magic place to put an ad. They just need to advertise in the right place to

get enough customers. Like what is everyone else using? Some place where there’s some perfect spot

where their products just sell. And it doesn’t work like that. Facebook was that in 2008.

Way back then, there weren’t many of us on there. So we all saw everybody’s posts every day.

Today, the algorithm will show your posts to just a very small percentage of your followers,

1%, 3%.

just not enough people will ever engage with them for you to be sustainable. And there’s a strategy

for using social media in your marketing foundation. I teach farmers inside how to use it

strategically, but just know that social media isn’t the foundation. What is your foundation is

your website and your email list. And again, we lay it out step-by-step how to build those two

things as a foundation.

Your website is your home. That is the middle of everything.

When you meet someone in person, you invite her to your home, your website. When someone finds her

on social media, you invite her to your home. Your blog,

your emails, everything tries to get her into your home. And social media has…

one job and it’s to connect with her and build trust so you can get her to come to your home so you

can connect with her there, build a relationship and eventually make a sale.

Social media does not close sales. All right. You’re just not going to make enough money.

on social media to ever be sustainable. And you learn so much more in depth on why and how and how

to, if that’s not the case, how do you use social media? We teach you all that step by step. All

right. So the thought I encourage you to change first, and this is kind of a consistent coaching

topic too, is many farmers will first come to me and they’ll say, How do I find the right people to

buy my stuff? Like the ones who value our products and appreciate our hard work. How do I get them

to buy from me instead of the neighbor or the grocery store? But here’s a more useful thought to

think instead, because that’s you thinking, how do I get people to pay me money? This is where the

mindset coaching is so valuable because that’s a sneaky thought. It’ll keep you stuck kind of

repelling people from wanting to buy from you. Instead, consider that marketing is serving where

you have thoughts like, I want to build deep connections with people who appreciate my products.

I want people that I can share knowledge with and I can share inspiration with.

I want to find a group of people where I will hold their hand. I’ll teach them how to use my

products that I grow and sell. I’ll hold their hand and invite them to experiences on the farm.

I’ll connect with them every week or two by email. I want a group of people where I know what their

families are doing, what they like, what’s going on in their lives. I want an audience that I make

feel amazing about themselves. I want them to know that I get them. Okay.

Those are a whole set of thoughts there, but notice how they’re focusing you on serving your

customer. Whereas the first set of thoughts was, how do I find people to buy my stuff? It’s going

to repel people. So a mindset shift about marketing is the first thing you got to do.

And that is a… consistently coached on thing. You will shift that mindset the first few weeks in

the program, partly because you’re surrounded by so many other people realizing and recognizing and

talking about how marketing is serving. After you think of people that way,

now you’ve earned the right to sell to them. And at that point, they’ll pay what you need to

charge. Price is no object because of the connection you’ve built with them.

And they’re happy to pay you for your products. And I have proof of this with my hundreds of

clients. I think we have up to like 26 pages of testimonials over the years now,

farmers just like you. For an example, one of my clients, Brooke, is a flower farmer. She taught

high school for 20 years before what she does now, which is full-time flower farming.

Now she sells out her flower shares at double the price. She used to charge and instead of taking

months all year to sell her subscription, she sells out in one week.

Double the price, a fraction of time spent selling. And she recently quit her teaching job because

the farm finally pays her more. I think she’s been in business for four years. She’s found me on

maybe year two, two or three. So she’s been in business. A few years,

retired from her day job, making more than that job and loves it.

She didn’t find better customers. She just worked on building a relationship with the ones she had.

And then price was no longer part of the conversation. She implemented the skills that I teach step

by step and retired herself from her day job. What she learned is you’ve got to give first and

connection is giving. I don’t mean like giving product, although that can be a part of your

marketing, but giving a connection to someone, they feel like that’s a gift. When you connect with

people and build trust and then you ask them to buy, they love to pay you money. It’s this

beautiful symbiotic relationship that farmers are learning in this program. All right.

Another comment I hear a lot is some version of,

well, I only have 200 people on my list. I need a lot more. That’s not big enough. Oh,

a group of people who have a relationship with you are worth a list of 100,000 people who don’t,

right? You got to learn how to build a relationship with them. And then size does not matter.

When I started, I had 100 people I’d been blind copying out of my personal email account because I

didn’t know that was illegal to sell out of your personal email. Yes, it is. When I found that out,

I signed up for a email marketing service and you’ve got to do the same. You can’t sell out of your

personal email account. It’ll get shut down eventually. And I just invited those hundred people to

opt in so that I was legal. You’ll need to do the same. And about half of them opted into my email

list. And that’s what I started with. A couple of years later, I had worked up to a thousand people

on my list that I met using the skills I teach. you to do too. And my 75 acre farm brought home $75

,000 after taxes, after expenses. So 70,

I cleared $75,000 a year, which was a great second income. And I could be home with my three kids.

It really felt amazing as a woman to bring in that much money,

cash and be home with my three kids and be driving them. to and from school,

be at all their basketball games. It was hard work, of course, but it felt amazing to fulfill my

dream and contribute to the household and be at home with my kids.

Another client, she’s a farmer in Michigan, Vanessa came to me and she had 80 people on her list,

80. She grew it to 800 people within the first few months.

of working with me doing exactly what I teach. And her sales went from $45,000 her first year to

$175,000 her first year in this program. So that’s what almost 4X.

She 4X her sales her first year in this program. She’s gone on to make 300,000 and 500,000 a

year. and probably more by now, and has since retired her husband from his day job so that they can

all be home on the farm. She didn’t start with a big list. She started with 80 people and a

willingness to learn and do what I teach. So just know that quality list of people that you build a

relationship beats quantity every single time. A list of 100 or 300 people who buy from you every

month, year after year, is worth far more. than a list of thousands who buy once.

So I just want to encourage you, don’t go buy a list. We never teach buying email lists because

that won’t work. They don’t want your stuff because they aren’t your ideal customer. So I teach you

how to build your list of your ideal customers. And remember something else as you build it,

that list is not just a list. It’s not a bunch of leads. It’s not just a bunch of subscribers.

It’s a woman, most likely, women and men. But most commonly is probably women.

Many of them will have children and they’ve got struggles. They’ve got needs. They’ve got problems.

They’ve got goals. And they’re looking for someone to help her. And that is you. And you’re going

to show her how your product, you’re going to learn to show her in my program, how your products

help her solve her problem and reach her goals. That is what relationship marketing and branding

is. That’s when you’ll build a profitable farm. All right. Let’s keep going.

I’m going to walk you through what you actually learned. So the first, there are three online

courses in the program, which you get to retain access to all of them forever. The first one is

Farm Marketing from the Heart. It’s six modules, probably about 30 videos.

Everything else is built on top of that. And again, you’re going to go at your own pace. It’s self

-paced. I’m there. There’s a lot of accountability, but you can watch one video a day or 10 videos

a day or one video a week. Everyone’s at different life stages. So however you decide to work

through the course at whatever pace, we support you. In module one,

in Farm Marketing from the Heart, you’re going to do your brand. Module one is all about the brand

back to who is your ideal customer. I walk you through how to figure that out. And it’s not

everybody. You don’t think, well, everybody eats food, so everybody’s my ideal customer. You’re

going to learn in there why that will work against you. And you’re going to learn what problem she

has that you are solving. That’s your brand. who you sell to, and the problem you solve.

Third thing, part of module one is which product are you going to focus on? You cannot build a

profitable farm by marketing everything at once. You cannot get everything profitable until you can

get one thing profitable on its own. And this is often a big struggle for farmers to focus on one

thing because farmers come to me often already selling many products and many services or the same

products sold in many different ways like subscriptions and markets and farm stands and delivery,

right?

You’re going to learn how to focus on one. I teach you how to do that. And if you’re stressed or

strained or worried, we coach on that all the time. And you will become very confident focusing on

one thing to profit. And it’s so rewarding when the money starts coming in and you realize,

oh, this stuff works. I just spoke with my client this week from Wyoming and you will hear her

interviewed on the podcast. And she talks about how she and her husband did what I taught.

They focused on one thing and the money started coming in with ease and they just sat back and

said, wow, this is working. I can’t believe it. That’ll be you too. We look at social media and we

think, oh, to be a successful farmer, you have to sell all the things. But the opposite is true.

And that can be a struggle. Because you think you have to sell all the things, we help you through

it. Okay? So you’re going to learn, no matter how diversified you are, how to focus on one thing.

And it’s not that the other products disappear. They just stop all being the headline, right?

Okay. And in that, if you’re worried about talking to your customers, I actually have a video in

there where I am interviewing my ideal customers so you can see exactly how I do it. can watch me

ask the questions. And just watching me do it makes it so much easier for you to say,

oh, that wasn’t hard. I can do that. And that’s where your marketing gold is.

So that’s amazing. And then once you’re done with module two, we teach you how to take that

information and create your first lead magnet. Lead magnet is that freebie on your website that

people sign up for. If your website says, hey, sign up for our newsletter, Well, I got news.

Nobody wants another newsletter, right? Our inboxes are so full. So you are going to learn how to

create a lead magnet instead, something they’re going to love to trade her email address for.

Not only will you learn to create it, we create your first one for you. And you’re still got to

learn the process so you can create one for next year, for instance, if you want to change lead

magnets, but we create your first one. It sounds like you, it’s for your farm and it’s the product

that, and the problem you solve. So it’ll start building your email list once you get through

module two. Module three is how to build forms.

to build your email list, how to write product descriptions for your website that are really

compelling, that make people’s mouths water. If it’s food or flowers or an event,

people will be compelled to want to buy from you. And we’ll talk about how to use your website to

attract people who’ve never heard of you. And there’s a bonus lesson in there on SEO search engine

optimization. We recommend our… template has search engine optimization built into it.

And that is what helps your website be findable on AI too, which everyone who’s Googling something

on their phone, the first search that comes up is from AI. So even if you’re not using AI,

your website needs to be optimized to show up in AI searches. And you will get that in here.

Module number four. Remember, we’re still on the first online course, so you got to keep forever.

But module number four is all about social media and blogging. What to write that people are going

to be interested in, how to get it seen, and how to turn those people into paying customers.

Now, if you’re listening right now and you’re thinking, well, blogging is dead. Oh,

no, it’s not. In order for your website to show up in an AI search or a Google search,

it has to have fresh content on it consistently, regularly. And the way to do that is to have fresh

content on a blog. So all of a sudden, it’s not so much about people reading the blogs. It’s about

having the fresh content on there. And I teach you exactly how to get people to click on it and

read it. So you start showing up in searches. So you start showing up in people. in front of people

who don’t know you. All right. Module five is email marketing and it’s where it all comes together.

I show you the big picture. All right. Here’s what you got to know. There is a direct correlation

between success and profit and doubling your sales, even 10Xing your sales like a lot of my clients

do in there and relationship-based email marketing. Those two correlate directly. There is also a

direct correlation between not doing email marketing. and going out of business. I see this over

and over and over again. Farmers who don’t join my program and eventually I get an email or I see a

sign or I see a post on social media, they’re going out of business. And they often don’t say it

was money. They don’t say they didn’t make enough money. They usually, because that can feel

shameful. And so a lot of people don’t want to publicly state that, but they’ll say like,

you know, grandma got sick or I got pregnant or whatever. And yet if they had enough money,

they would be able to pay for help to support them through those things. Just like anyone else

going to a job would still have to have a job to pay the bills if grandma gets sick or you get

pregnant or whatever. You still got to have a job. And when you build a sustainable farm,

you can stay in business through those life challenges. All right. So there’s a direct correlation

between not doing email marketing and going out of business, but it’s often not blamed on lack of

money. That’s usually an underlying thing that if they had made enough money to pay for help to

help through the hard time, they would still be in business. So I’ve just seen this, you know,

hundreds and hundreds of examples of this over the years. All right. Here’s an example of what this

looks like when it works, email marketing. My client, Sarah, you’ve heard her on the podcast. She

sells $100,000 of beef in one week using email marketing that I teach in this module.

One week, it used to take her, she would spend all year trying to move her beef,

sending emails, making social media posts, slowly selling her cows a quarter by a quarter all year

long. It got really old. She felt really pushy and salesy. Now she does one five-day sales launch,

just like I teach you, step-by-step, sells it all in one week. Then she can get back to doing fun

stuff. Nothing changed about her cows, but what changed is she learned to build a list of people

who trusted her. She learned the five-day sales launch to ask them to buy after she had built a

deep connection with them. Okay? I teach you all that. And then in between the five day sales

launches, I’ll teach you the three kinds of emails you’ve got to send throughout the year to

continue deepening these relationships and turn them into sales from people who are happy to pay

you. It’s not like you’re taking things from people. or pushing them to buy from you. They’re

excited and delighted to buy from you because of that relationship. And there are rules for sales

emails that you’ve got to follow in order to make them work, to actually make sales. And you’re

going to learn those rules in the program. One of the rules is consistency. Here’s where mindset

coaching, you get a weekly coaching call every week on the call. I do half the calls and my other

coach does half the calls.

is hard for a lot of people because of their mindset. Many of you will struggle and you’ll say

things like, you feel like you’re bothering people or, oh, people don’t check their email anymore

or email just doesn’t work. But these mindsets are going to keep you stuck, not making money.

So you will find this, the coaching calls each week, especially helpful to get consistent with your

marketing and nobody, not enough people will buy from you if you are not consistent. Here’s why.

Consistency builds trust and people won’t buy from you if they don’t trust you. You’ll learn how to

email weekly all year long, even in the off season. And that is why it’s crucial to a profitable

farm. One of the biggest reasons I watch farms go under is…

email in the off season. So then the next season, they got to find customers because a lot of them

don’t come back when they get their first announcement. The product is available six months later.

They don’t come back. So then the farmers are starting over from scratch every year with their

marketing. It’s such a struggle and they end up going broke. All right.

In the program too is you’re going to learn the five-day sales launch. Like I said, we create your

first one for you, but you’ll learn how to create your own so that you can go on and sell all your

products one at a time using the same framework. And you get to keep that training as well for a

life. time. And another huge, huge bonus is my Master Your Time, Master Your Life includes my farm

planner, custom designed. I love it. I had a designer create it. It’s so cute. But that program,

it’s the class I have you start with because that’s life-changing. Again, Bailey Brennan is on the

podcast and saying how she thought she was a good time management person and that just blew her

mind. And now her husband practices it too. They implement it and it’s changed their life and their

farm life and their personal life. You’ll find 10 to 20 hours in your week right away. And all the

farmers, if you hear on the podcast, each one of them consistently say this class changed their

life and their spouse. And often they often learn the skills along with them.

Some of them are sharing those skills with their employees and everything calms down in their life.

and business. All right. Now, last part, this is what’s new this round. What I saw over the years

is even with the best marketing training in the world that I offer, some farmers never would get

around to writing enough emails or they didn’t start the blog or they meant to, or they just

couldn’t get their lead magnet started. And then planting season comes or the cows get out or the

baby gets sick and marketing gets pushed to next month. for the fourth year running.

This is a story I hear. So since we all have busy lives, just by nature,

because we’ve got a life and a farm, we’re busy. So this year we created Your Farm Marketing Year.

I took every strategy and skill I teach and using my marketing and sales frameworks,

my team and I now build your first year of marketing for you. Once you pay in full,

And that can be whether you use the payment plan or you pay in full from the start. Once you’re

complete with your payments, you finish module one, you send us those completed exercises.

And within a couple weeks, you get back a document with your farm’s name on it.

That’s your first year of marketing materials done for you. It includes a lead magnet that your

ideal customer actually wants, your dream customer, not a generic one, it’s yours. You get the

delivery email to deliver the lead magnet. You get 12 blog posts fully outlined,

one for every month of the year, including your off season. Because you got to post on your website

year round to keep you relevant and showing up in searches. You can use those blog posts for video

scripts if you prefer. You will get 12 emails to deliver those posts.

And they sound like you wrote them at your kitchen table. They’re going to connect really well with

your ideal customer. We will write you a social media caption for each of those posts.

You also get your own first five-day sales launch. You tell us what product do you want to sell

first, and we will give you a full sales email sequence for that product.

And all of this is in your voice, your farm, yours to copy, adapt,

keep it forever. create more in the future based on this one. So you do learn the skills to create

it yourself, but we build it for you at first. And that saves you so much time. And also I want you

to know your year of marketing is not generic AI content. So many farmers are coming to me these

days with their AI marketing and they’re wondering, why is my website not working?

And I can tell they had it written by AI because there’s… lot of giveaways. And I say,

well, it’s written by AI. It’s not connecting with people. Or someone brought their email to me

last week and said, why are people not responding to this email? And I could see immediately it was

100% AI. That is not ever going to make sales. It has to be personal.

It has to sound like you. It has to… be one-on-one like you’re sitting down with your dream

customer and you’ve got to know her problems and talk about them in the email or her struggles or

her goals. And you got to talk about how your problem is going to solve her goals. AI-generated

marketing won’t do this for you. So our marketing for you is built with our frameworks and what we

teach. but in your voice, selling your product, solving your ideal customer’s problems.

Okay. And that’s why to do your farm marketing year, you got to go through module one first that we

can’t write in your voice if we don’t know your voice. So we walk you through how to do that. I

recently shared your farm marketing year with my client, Ellen, and we were both in tears on Zoom

together when I was sharing it with her. She said she’d been working for seven years trying to

write her own emails, abandoning her blog every spring, telling herself, oh, maybe next year.

And when she opened my document and she had a year’s worth of completed marketing right in front of

her, she said she didn’t realize until that moment what a weight she’d been carrying thinking I

should do my marketing. She felt so much relief. Here it was right in front of her. She said it

would have taken her. months of work and stress and still would not have been that good.

So just know it is really valuable. My daughter, I did hers for her flower farm and she estimated

it would have taken her 50 hours spread over a couple of years to create what we built for her.

So just know it’s pretty amazing. All right. The moment you join the profitable farmer, you have

everything. All right. Also, I don’t think I’ve shared the links. You can meet with us to talk

about it. That is charlottemsmith.com forward slash strategy. You will meet with either my

daughter, Hayden, who runs a flower farm here on the farm, or Rebecca, who’s one of our farm

coaches. She’s been with me for years. You’ll meet with either of them for free so that you can ask

more questions if you want, or just see certain parts of the program. Whatever you want to do,

that time is yours. They’ll help coach you through the biggest… roadblock you have in your

marketing, they’ll help you figure that out. That’s free. You get that for free and then see if the

program’s right for you. So just know that you have access to everything from the start.

When you pay in full, we build your plan for you, whether that’s right at the start or if you use a

several month payment plan, you’ll get it as soon as you’re eligible. And you get a live coaching

call every week. There’s a private group. We have a private Facebook group. So there’s like 250

farmers in there from every state in the United States and 15 different countries.

And they are every kind of farm, flower farm, meat farms, dairies, CSAs,

vegetables. There’s farmstays in there. There’s people selling mini cows. Any sort of farm or

homestead product or experience you can imagine, we certain we have someone in there selling it.

It’s not full of beginners trading bad advice, but it’s farmers who’ve been working with me for

years who are, some are brand new, some have been in there for years. I love the overlap because

the farmers who’ve been in there for years. act as mentors. They have so much experience.

So that Facebook group has come a really great place to network and share support and

encouragement. And you can get feedback on your emails, things like that. So just know that we’ve

got everything covered in there. I’d love to have you join us. This week, we start next week with

our very first class, The Power of One. It’s where you learn which thing, which one product is

best, is going to make you the most money, fastest, so you can get some momentum. going.

It’s where you figure out how to nail that down next week. So please make sure you’ve done your

homework. Get inside class this week so we can start. Now, I want to answer a few questions that

have come in. Someone said, texted over there, like, I’m worried about being overwhelmed.

Okay. This is something I hear a lot. Most farmers who join the program start out that way.

Most people say, I’m overwhelmed. But please know you can’t fall behind in this program.

It’s self-paced. The time management program is where I have you start and your overwhelm will

lift. Even with the, you can binge watch the first videos and the first few hours or the first

weekend you’re in the program, your overwhelm is going to start to lift. All right. And then over

the year, your life will become so organized.

a nap. I have several farmers in the program who take a nap every afternoon. They get up and work

on their farm and do what they need to do. And then they’re able to take personal time. And these

two in particular, like, I love to take an afternoon nap. That’s because of the time management

program. You’re going to learn how to have personal time and it will calm your life down and your

family’s life and your farm life. All right. The second question. after overwhelm is a lot of

people say, ah, what if I don’t have enough time? Again, the time management program is in the

program. It’s not an extra purchase I included in the program. And you will learn how to find 10 to

20 hours in your week in that program. It’s going to change your life. Another fear is people say,

well, what if I buy it and I don’t actually do it? They’ll say, I’ve started programs before and

not finished them. So just know that history, doing that in your past, that’s not a prediction of

what will happen with this program. It usually means you were handed information when what you

needed was a plan and a person to guide you. And in this program, you get both. We build your

marketing plan. The weekly calls are there for accountability. All right,

I’ve had other people say, oh, my market is saturated. There’s so many other farms selling

whatever, fill in the blank, flowers, meat, eggs in my little town. Well,

you will learn in the program that you’re not selling flowers, meat, or eggs. You are going to

learn in the program that people buy from you because of you. When you learn to market in the way I

teach, people will drive past all these other cheaper farms to intentionally purchase from you

because of you. That is the branding work in module one. That’s the answer to competition.

There is no competition when you build your brand the way I teach. All right, let’s see.

Someone else said, I’m in a rural low-income area. People here won’t pay.

And I want to share with you that you will learn when you share with your customers.

in the way I teach how to share the value of your product and that it solves problems, they

prioritize their spending to be able to buy from you. I sold our farm,

you know, there’s a lot of single income, stay at home mom families that would buy from us and

they… prioritized purchasing farm fresh food once they learned the value because of the skills I

learned and implemented with them and teach you. So they will be happy to prioritize buying from

your farm.

Someone else said, I’m not used to spending money on myself. Shouldn’t it go to my kids, my family,

or the farm instead of me? I’ll let my clients answer this on the podcast. Time after time.

A hundred women a year, like hundreds of women a year say this is the best investment they’ve ever

made for their farm, for their family, and for themselves. And they will tell you,

don’t wait, do it now. They say, I wish I hadn’t waited. I wish I’d signed up as soon as I first

started listening to the podcast. They credit their life success and their business success and

their family success to the skills they learned in this program, the mindset skills and the

marketing skills. And you’ll hear them say that every time I have a podcast interview. So take

their word for it that yes, it might feel hard, but… will make that money back. Our average

farmer in the program makes their investment back in 90 days. And then they go on to make it over

again and again and again to doubling, tripling, five or 10xing their sales.

We hear it week after week. And Erica is the one I think of here. Nine months after she joined,

she’s been on the podcast. She retired her husband from the factory job he’d worked for 14 years.

Now they farm together with their four kids. Actually, she just had a baby. I saw it on social

media, her picture this week. And she was in her farm store like a week later with her cute little

baby bundled up on her chest. So imagine that. You learned these skills.

She spent the money on herself. She was scared, but she doubted, but she did it anyway. and retired

her husband and they’re all home on the farm together. All right. Someone else said, is it too late

for me? I’m 74 years old. No, not at all. I have people in the program ranging from teenagers who

are buying the program with their own money and learning to make all kinds of money on their little

farms they’re building all the way up to, I have a couple ranchers in there. who are learning these

skills and they say they’re so glad they did it at the age they did so that the rest of their years

they have here on earth are so much more fulfilling. That’s what they told me. So it is never too

late. All right, now let’s just go through the pricing. This program is $34.95,

$3,495. We have payment options in there. You can do 12-month payment plans or pay in full.

Doors close this Friday. And again, if you want to talk it through with one of us for free,

go to charlottemsmith.com forward slash strategy and sign up. Or you can read more about the

program and sign up at charlottemsmith.com forward slash mastery.

Okay. You could just join us. We would love to have you in the program.

And I want to tell you why I do this work. I grew up on a commodity farm up the road from where I

live now. When I was a teenager, my dad’s farm went bankrupt and we lost everything except the

clothes we owned. Everything. All our personal things were sold at a farm sale out in the driveway.

It changed me for life. It changed me in a negative way. The first 15 years afterwards,

I was bitter and angry, but then I got some help and I started turning that into my passion to help

farmers build profitable farms. I knew that no one out there deserves to ever go through bankruptcy

or having to give up on their dream. I have a set of skills that help you build a profitable farm.

It is my calling and my passion to do that. When I started my farm, other farmers started asking

me, how was I able to sell out at prices that were way higher than theirs? They couldn’t sell half

of what they produced. So I started teaching them these strategies from my house. And then one

year, when there were finally 55 farmers in my house, muck boots scattered all over because it was

the middle of winter, people flying in from four states, I knew that I needed to change something.

I put it all online. And this is what we do. We meet on Zoom. every week. You’re going to feel at

home. For the first time, you’re going to feel like you found a community of people who get you and

know you and are just like you. And you’re going to feel at home and you’re going to just also feel

surrounded, encouraged, supported. And guess what? Your life is going to calm down.

You’re going to start making money and profit and your life will change. And I say this based on…

All the people on my podcast recently, I think you heard Ethan, Kate. You’re going to hear Bailey

next week if you haven’t heard her yet. It goes on and on and on. The women. These aren’t just

things I am just saying for marketing purposes. These are the words of my clients. So I would love

to have you in the Profitable Farmer. Let me know if you have any questions about any of it. Or

like I said, sign up and meet with my daughter Hayden, who runs Flower Farm, her own flower farm

here on the property. She’s amazing. And Rebecca, my coach, farm coach that’s been with me coaching

farmers for maybe the last four years, four. We’re going on five, a long time.

She’s also expert. Meet with them. It’s free. They’re going to help you identify what’s keeping you

stuck with your marketing and if this program will work for you. All right, that’s it.

I’ll see you next time. Bye-bye.
