Sometimes what seems like the most obvious things to do on your farm are the things that will do your business in – FAST.

There’s a bit of a time crunch to get cash flowing in your farm business sooner rather than later.

This is because farming is a business where there are LOTS of financial inputs up front.

If you don’t get cash flowing from sales, it can be a downward spiral of debt and anxiety. Then overwhelm sets in and you can’t see a way out.

So you expand.

The problem most farmers make, though, is they expand the wrong way and at the wrong time.
