Busy, busy, busy… We live in a world where everyone is busy running around from place to place, doing one thing after another.
We help our neighbors, aging parents, young children, farm animals that need tending to, all to be left with an empty tank at the end of the day.
We constantly tell ourselves that “we don’t have time for marketing,” and we fall victim to our circumstances assuming we have no control over how our time is spent.
Often, the day and our time are always getting away from us no matter how hard we try to set boundaries and manage what life throws at us.
It’s a common problem that we all face and today on the Profitable Mindset Podcast, I’m sharing how I’ve personally gotten hold of how I spend my time and, what’s amazing is that I finally feel in control of my day.
It wasn’t that long ago that I was struggling to write my book.
Over three years of stress and trying to find the time to write, I found myself on the couch recovering from an injury.
It was at that time that I decided to finally write my book — in three weeks!
What I learned during that time was that I had 100% control over my time and how I chose to spend it.
For three years I fretted over writing and told myself “I didn’t have the time.”
I was sadly mistaken.
Today, I take full responsibility and manage my time in a way that feels easy and stress-free. I focus on what I tell myself and take action accordingly.
